1. Dress Appropriately

Now I’m not going to teach you Maggie Tabera’s Book of Fashion Bo Boo’s, but what you may need to know is that how you present yourself is just as important as tuning your guitar. Believe it or not. Even if you’re doing a session for a friend, dress appropriately. He may have clients or record company execs there and if you look shabby, so does he. Hence, no more work!

• have a rig for both studio and live
